I started my healing journey working in emergency medicine. With a passion for helping others and new purpose, I found myself connecting with energy healing crystals for self-care. Soon after I became a Certified Crystal Practitioner and a Reiki Master. I am now certified in nine holistic modalities and a member of IAOTH (International Association of Therapists) and CTAA (Complementary Therapists Accredited Association).

Crystal Reiki
Crystal Reiki Energy Healing Therapy session is treating patients holistically through the precise placement of crystals on the body and the surrounding room in a grid like pattern. Crystals can, through their electromagnetic field, communicate with and connect with the energies flowing around the human body. These energies, or healing vibrations interact with the body's energy centres to remove blockages and restore a healthy flow through the body, mind and energy field. I have multiple Certifications in Crystal Healing & am a Usui Reiki Master from Accredited Institute, Natural Healer.
Chakra Balancing Session
Chakra focused Crystal Reiki Energy Healing with added Colour Therapy to aid in the removal of specific blockages in a specific Chakras & encourage natural energy flow through all main seven Chakras. I am Certified in Chakra Energy Healing from an Accredited Institute, Natural Healer.
Emotional Freedom Technique 'Tapping'- learn to tap on yourself included
Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) is a non-evasive form of acupressure that aids in the comfortable release of negative emotions energy to restore balanced energy flow. I am Certified in Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) from an Accredited Institute, KEW Training Academy.

Reiki Space clearing is a form of energetic clearing that harmonizes & balances the flow of energy in spaces. I come to your desired space with the aid of Crystal Reiki Therapy, smudging as well as a grid for feng shui. I am fully Certified in Space Energy Clearing from an Accredited Institute, Natural Healer.
